Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Avemo.
Effective August 15, 2026
Agreement
By creating an Avemo account, using an Avemo business dashboard, or otherwise using Avemo’s services, you agree to these Terms.
What Avemo Provides
Avemo provides software for appointment-based businesses.
Features may include business websites, online booking, provider scheduling, client management, payments, deposits, waitlists, team management, multi-location support, retention tools, referrals, review requests, rebooking, and related business-management features.
Avemo may add, modify, or discontinue features as the product develops.
Business Accounts
Businesses are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to their Avemo accounts.
Business owners and administrators are responsible for determining who receives access to their business dashboard and what permissions are appropriate.
You may not use Avemo to access another business’s private information without authorization.
Providers and Independent Businesses
Avemo may allow a business to display providers who operate under the business as well as independent providers who operate their own Avemo business.
Where an independent provider owns their own Avemo business, their bookings, clients, payments, and related records remain associated with that independent business unless otherwise clearly stated.
An affiliation or appearance on another business’s website does not transfer ownership of those records.
Services Offered by Businesses
Avemo provides software. Avemo generally does not provide the haircut, salon service, tattoo, massage, photography service, wellness service, or other appointment service purchased by a customer.
Businesses using Avemo are responsible for:
- the services they provide;
- professional licensing where required;
- pricing;
- service quality;
- availability;
- customer service;
- appointment policies;
- refunds or disputes relating to their services;
- compliance with laws applicable to their business.
Booking and Appointments
Customers may use Avemo to request or schedule appointments with businesses.
Availability may change, and an appointment is not guaranteed until the booking flow indicates that the appointment is confirmed.
Businesses control their own schedules, services, providers, locations, prices, deposits, cancellation policies, and other booking rules.
Payments
Avemo may facilitate payments through third-party processors such as Stripe.
Depending on the business, customers may be asked to:
- pay in full;
- pay a deposit;
- pay a remaining balance later;
- pay directly to the business using another permitted method.
Businesses using their own connected payment account generally receive funds into their own payment account.
Avemo is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by third-party payment processors.
Avemo Subscription Plans
Avemo may offer free, paid, promotional, trial, grandfathered, or transaction-based plans.
Pricing and included features may vary by plan.
Current pricing applicable to a business will be displayed in that business’s Avemo account or agreed upon during onboarding.
Founding Members
Eligible Avemo Founding Members may receive grandfathered Founding pricing.
The current Founding offer is $29 per month plus a 0.50% Avemo transaction fee, billed from activation with no free trial.
Founding pricing remains available while the account continues to meet Avemo’s applicable Founding eligibility requirements.
Avemo will provide notice before materially changing pricing that applies to an existing business where notice is required.
Free Trial
Where a trial is offered, the trial period begins on the date identified during onboarding or within the business’s billing settings.
Avemo will not charge a recurring subscription before billing has been properly activated and an appropriate payment method or billing authorization has been provided.
Businesses may cancel before the end of an applicable free trial to avoid future subscription charges once recurring billing is activated.
Avemo Transaction Fees
Some plans may include an Avemo transaction fee in addition to fees charged by payment processors such as Stripe.
Avemo transaction fees and third-party payment-processing fees are separate.
Applicable Avemo fees will be disclosed through the relevant plan or billing experience.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Avemo to:
- violate applicable law;
- commit fraud or deception;
- access another user's or business's information without authorization;
- distribute malware or harmful code;

Use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

Avemo works to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Avemo may perform maintenance, modify features, or experience interruptions caused by infrastructure or third-party providers.
